I not that the article assiduously avoid the question of why the Supreme Court reversed itself. Why there was one dissenting chief justice and why the president of the court abstained from voting! It is not mentioned that this same court had twice previously upheld Crystallex, to the point of awarding title, which still stands! No mention of the dark role of the insidious CVG, publicly linked by the CIA to Cocaine importation into Florida, the Generals in the military who assisted this vile traffic, the kidnapping of the Supreme Court Justice, her travels to the States and to Italy co-incidentally with the extreme publicity given the case and the denouncements by an expatriate congressional figure linked in a sleazy way with a shorting specialist brokerage in that Florida domain. What all these glaring facts, on the record in US publications, would do is raise uneasy questions about the "open and shut" case the KRY "enemies" promulgated. The bothersome facts are there. What certainty existed that Dome would prevail? I see no mention of the leaked document from Dome's legal team advising on how they were on constitutionally shaky ground with their patently illegal CVG contracts? What we have is a not so masterful smearing of the issues by the Dome cheerleading side. The opposers to this sleaze were fooling themselves or artfully fooling others so it is implied. But to believe for no particular logical reason that Dome should win or could win is the better way? Stockwatch gloats over corruption and evil having its day. For shame. Go back to school Stockwatch. There is a story in why the law was flouted, why the ministry tried to steal the property from the owner's lawyer, why the courts initially ignored the suit by Crystallex and the government did not fulfill their side of their bargain with Crystallex and the Ramon Torres. It is called corruption. Every day people in North America and Venezuela die to prop up this corruption and their murderers profit immensely from it. They build office complexes with this tainted money in Vancouver that Stockwatch could very well rent. There is a story in why foreign companies in Venezuela have abandoned rich gold properties. Queenstake, the La Brisas concession are cases in point. Go to Venezuela, Stockwatch, you can afford it. You people have made a fortune playing the market with inside information on occasion. Go there and tell the truth you are so fond of telling us you know. Hire a bodyguard before you go. If you are digging into Venezuelan politics you may well end up like the people they jail who have the highest incarcerated death rate in the world.

To stray from the facts and impute bad motives upon others who may oppose your position is not dealing with the truth.
