I found the following quite amusing...

<<<< -- Firamada, Inc. is actively seeking small to mid-size PEO businesses to acquire.>>>>

Stop, Arif -- you're killing me! I'm too young to laugh myself to death. How exactly would these companies be acquired? Cash? You don't have any! Tax sales? As if the IRS would let a Myriad-type deal go through again, especially before they are paid back the taxes and fines FAMH owes them.

I guess that leaves issuing new stock... good luck, shareholders. Couldn't the FAMH "board" up the authorized shares, or create a new class of preffered, or some other wonderfully dilutive plan? Just asking.

P.S. Walleye, according to an earlier post by Freddie, FAMH plans to take a one-time charge against this year's earnings to reflect the tons of cash owed to the IRS... which would mean a loss in the millions for this year. Sorry.

Expect them to do that, and issue "projections" of a profit in 1999, which may buy them another year to fleece investors.

Is the Miami office open yet? <g>
