One trade was 2,300,000 shares. My screen shows 10.5, then 10 but
I'm on a fifteen mintue dealy. Nearly everything that I've seen
has been at 10 cents. Somebody is selling but someone else is
gobbling the stock up at 10. Surprising that with all the action
there is no news.

Somebody may be dumping. Last year there were many large blocks of over 10 million shares traded. Perhaps, it no longer meets the objectives of some of the funds that purchased it last year, or as you said tax selling, or else they had to wait for it too long to go up and decided to liquidate their position. I wonder how we could know for sure, because it would certainly help us in developing a strategy of what to do.
