Moore market is a very familiar place to me. It is very near the local railway station by the bridge.
Moore market is something like a flea market, Hyde park (soap box orators), snake charmers, animal entertainers,Card- picking / reading birds etc all rolled into one.
Ashok Kumar is such a name in India that he could be from any part of the country. But my guess is that he is a Tamil.
