Faith restored! Recent events have convinced me that indeed, there is no such thing as a dumb question. Apparently those who asked if the FDA ran on Pacific Standard Time and if the opening delay would be for more than just today, asked very legitimate questions, to which the answer to both is, "apparently."

Is this normal to halt the shares all day long pending approval of a drug in a minor market?

The fact that the drug might be approved for secondary treatment doesn't bother me too much. Doctors often prescribe multiple drugs for treatment of patients. And..... considering the ease of use of Panretin, we might expect MDs to add Panretin to their patient treatment program, especially if the patients request it.

So, how is mother market going to react to this news?
