I will tell you...

CORX Cortex, 5/16x11/32
a very speculative stock
a silly little gamble

Does a lot of volume for a market cap
of 3M. Got a grant from NIH today, that
makes it look a little less like a penny,
of course if it's drug ever works it will
look a lot less like a penny...

It faces delisting from the Nasdaq, off to
BB heaven, where anything is possible, at
least for the nimble trader and a few lucky
ones.

What made me put this on my watch list?
Well somebody who's posts I value must have
said something on the thread of course, but
mostly there was this press release:

Cortex Reports its Ampakines Increase Levels of Two
Critical Proteins Required For Healthy Brain Cells
biz.yahoo.com

I am not qualified in anyway to judge whether the
stock is for real. To me it just seems like a good
gamble for a position trade on a time scale of weeks
to months.

I bought some today at 11/32.

Happy hunting!
-MM

HOT CHRISTMAS TOY................... stock symbol is KIDE

Going back in History, first we had Star Wars minutures, then the Pet Rock and the Cabbage Patch dolls; then Castle Grey SKull minutures. Who could ever forget TeddyRuxPun and the noises of GigaPets and the Tomagotchi's and beanie babies.

This year we have Pokemon.

Pokemon is a new cartoon that is gaining popularity. It began in September and is a new craze among children. It airs in 85% of the country. The watchers of this cartoon are encouraged to become a Pokemon master by buying all 150 differnet pokemon's (little pocket sized creatures).

4 KIDS ENTERTAINMENT (Nasdaq: KIDE)
has the marketing rights to Pokemon characters.

They have established promotions with Kentucky Fried Chicken (which
are so hot, KFC can't keep them stocked) and recently a marketing deal with Hasbro for larger versions. Everything indicates Pokemon will be a significant success. There are 150 of them to collect
and that means money in the pocket for KIDE.

This is not all. KIDE has the marketing rights for NINTENDO characters, and ALL STAR Wrestling Characters.

How are they doing FINANCIALLY? ........GREAT !
Earnings were released Last Friday:.......HUGE TURNAROUND went from losing 4
cents to making 11 cents.

Technically, the chart is on a break-out. Fundamentals are strong.
No debt, lots of cash, low P/E.

KIDE is poised.
