Terry, it can't be that hard to see all them cool, refreshing trees in that forest, if you're not stranded in a hell-bent desert. (Randy, not bad, huh?) So, Terry, what's your take on why we traded lousy today? I don't think it was 'cause investors saw the news, checked in on the threads and saw nothin' but dumbness and skepticism. Actually, this is not the first time a 'hotshot' has come into Zulu and there was little to no upside activity on share price. Barely a blip registered when Steve Lair came on board; and Roger Mincheff's (by the way, Aleta, it's Bob Smith and Roger Mincheff--not Roger Smith, re: your earlier post) appointment didn't account for much of a share price rise either. What's ironic is twice they've gone to former Disney executives for the chief operating officer position. You may recall that COO was the position James Green, formerly from Disney and Pixar, occupied. Had Green stayed on, his contacts would have been helpful. Perhaps Chmiel's contacts will be. And the fact that Chmiel was a numbers cruncher with Barnes and Noble has to stand for something good. Another important consideration: Don't you think Chmiel had a conversation with Green before taking this position? And is it possible that the 20 million in private placement money may have had something to do with his decision to work with ZuluGroup.com? When Green was there, the PP money hadn't come in yet. The absence of those funds might have constricted Green's ability to operate. This, coupled with the death of a family member and a close friend, is probably why Green didn't stay aboard. It's been a long, frustrating battle for many of us--Zulu employees, investors and the like--but we're getting there.
