> Study Shows Prozac Can Reduce Symptoms Of Panic Disorder

Anthony, it beat the placebo, but that doesn't mean very much-- there are many, many anti-panic drugs out there, including old straight-on muscle relaxant sedatives (valium, xanax, librium), newer sedatives (Klonopin), or the new antidep-antipanic combos like SmithKline's Paxil. Prozac is far from ever becoming a first-line treatment for panic -- in fact it can further agitate panic disorder. Zyprexa, on the other hand, has a shot. I wonder why Lilly is funding a Prozac panic study if they supposedly still have faith in Zyprexa as an anti-panic drug?
