learned a little info I thought I would pass on today......CS is strengthening their relationship with CPQ. DEC agreement is still progressing slowly but they are expanding it in other areas on the CPQ side. This will probably be a disapointment in the current quarter but will be O.K. in the long run unless CPQ renigs on the DEC side(extremely low probability). That will bode well for future qtrs. but may cause a little weakness in the cur. qtr. revenues. In the most recent reports, Cabletron came in second with their level 3 product at 23% behind Bay with 33% but beating CSCO and others. All in all, this qtr is still a big question mark, but there seems to be NO QUESTION that this company has hit its trough and is now picking up steam. Personally I think the NETVANTAGE and YAGO purchases saved our asses, withut those we would be toast, but we have them and its like a new company in the making with an excellent client list. I do believe that is what a company does when they want to succeed in a fluid industry....kudo's to the mngmt. at this point.....lastly, I noticed the number of outstanding shares has risen from arounfd 1.3mm to 1.6mm...does anyone know why? could this be due to an assumption that they will issue additional shares for the YAGO buyout... I hope so, that would indicate the dilution will be current and behind us and not a drag going forward. When did the share count make this jump? Please share any input and new info with me and the others. Facts please, leaves opinions to another post. Lastly, I will reiterate, that therer has not been one serious inquiry to buy the co. May happen someday, but not to date.
