Just heard CNBC say whole market is low volume today. From a TA standpoint, this could be consolidation?

What you say is true, but do not forget that DELL has a big
brother......NASDAQ.

Even DELL must stay within calling distance of Nasdaq (g)

The volume is very similar to the same stage in the September-Oct decline which tunred out to be the deepest so far this year. Volume only picked up at the bottom.

Aug-Sep was particularly fast on high volume. Jul slightly higher volume and slower and shallower.

In sum I don't see it necessarily as a good sign. Low vol means fewer people think DELL is a bargain here.
