The earlier one understood the PPT would eliminate fear, the earlier they went heavily leveraged, and valuations truly became no need of real concern. I can appreciate our gov't wanting to keep things moving along, but I don't want my tax dollars protecting excessive speculation at the expense of ignoring historically established valuations.
