Hey! Fresno state?! Oh, God, I should have known I would hit a nerve! When I was a headhunter in the 70's, Any immigrant's resume with a Fresno State "tech" degree was suspect. The "word" was that there was a real "Diploma mill", with cribbed tests, among the foreign students.
