Can anyone tell me a bit about this company (and I am basically looking for the negatives). I am ready to invest in this company but looking for reasons why I should not be investing!

I recently sold my AMEN shares with a significant gain and now looking for another highly speculative but with significant upside potential investment. I came accross PTET recetnly. What I am looking for in an investment such as AMEN, KTEL, PTET, etc. are the following:

1. Large insider holdings. And with insiders buying the shares within the past 12 months.

2. Significant revenue growth. At this stage I am not interested in earnings but just revenue growth. By nature of internet business model earnings will be years away, however only those companies that can generate significant revenue growth (even at the cost of increasing their loss) can ultimately achieve the earnings.

By doing a bit of research on PTEL I see that insiders do hold a significant number of shares. However, only 2 directors have bought over 100K shares within the past 8 months between $6-$7/shr. The rest are just holding on to their shares apparently waiting to sell at an appropriate time (they all have done an initial filing of their holdings with SEC). Does anyone think there is a cause to be alert about insiders rushing to sell soon?

PTEL's last earnings report indicated only a 5% increase in their revenues. Comparing to AMEN, and KTEL, PTEL's revenue increase has been a definite total failure. Can anyone explain why they have failed to increase their revenue?

The internet mania is fully in place and PTEL will be included in this mania soon. However like any other mania one would want to invest in a company that can stand by its own if (and once) the mania ends. And I am wondering if PTEL can truly stand on its own.
