My fellow X,
I too am very familiar with PAIR. Technicals are ok, but nothing to get too excited about. They are sitting on support so that is a good indication. But I don't see anything that indicates that a buyout is in the cards in the nearterm as is being suggested on the TMEX thread.

PAIR product line isn't very diverse they need to get bought for the stock to appreciate significantly, but I think that they came to the dance too late.

This is of course IMHO,
