Well there is no guarantee they will buy any even as the price goes lower. Funny how that sole discretion clause works. At the current average volume of 144k shares per day, there is no danger they will run into their 10 million share discretionary purchase total if they are buying from the open market. Now the private transactions are another thing all together. Do you suppose that if there are any related party transactions among the Dror brothers, Dror trusts and Daniel's other friends, we will ever get a complete accounting? The current accounting is being dragged out as long as they can it seems. By the 23rd, yeah, we'll see about that one as well.
