Cash decreased by unexpected Cam Designs loss of ~$270,000, but

Without the Cam Designs loss, the EPS was (0.065), up from (0.11) just last Q. Its possible TSQD could return to profitability by Q1 1999, especially if X-mass goes well.

They still have good credit, and the ability (IMO) to use the DRIV option as collateral to borrow more until Net Direct becomes profitable. I have no experience or evidence that TSQD will be able to continue with so little cash on hand, but it seems that they knew these possibilities existed before they started Net Direct, and they know the DRIV shares give them a huge cushion.

We'll see. Things may turn around and you may be able to buy TSQD for <$1 again. But really, not too many people sold today, and if you sold all your shares, you probably accounted for alot of the downward price pressures. I guess we'll see tomorrow, when everyone else has had time to review the report. I also got the report at the SEC before anything was posted elsewhere on the net.

I was under the impression that at this point, TSQD's intrinsic value is not even a consideration at its current price. At least that's my personal observation. If TSQD is perceived as having any real value by the money men involved, it will be purchased/absorbed. Or written off as a loss. Time will tell.
