Scrapps What do you say about this ?? INTC has now part of this company !! ITeX, based in Santa Clara, Calif., has recently begun shipping two G.Lite-compliant chips based on its own, proprietary scalable ADSL (asymmetrical DSL) modem technology. The company's first product is actually the world's first DSL chip set done in software -- not hardware. In other words, this product is a software-modem DSL chip-like product line that reduces cost and board space in systems, but it requires a ton of processing power from high-end microprocessors from Intel, Advanced Micro Devices, and others.
