Yes MB, you are correct. I got carried away and tried to add the DTL shares as a separate category. I'd still like to know where the registration statements are for these good old boys. The only one I remember is the one Mighton did earlier in the year. I've gotten a whole flock of emails from non-SI TPII holders with questions and assumptions based on this most recent 10K. I'm in a bit of a tizzy trying to find the various references they've made. If anyone else emails me, please reference the page number you're referring to. I thank you greatly for that bit of help.
