I just got off of the phone with NCII. I asked "Chet Phelps" a bunch of questions and he was very patient and not at all condescending. He seemed to be very truthful and professional. He believes that their current marketing approach is the most efficient and inexpensive approach to growth. I told them about the problem that we are having with norriscomm.com. They use Netscape and they have no problem accessing their web page so they figure the problem must be ours. However, they will look into it.
