They corrected the block trade at 3:06:59 for 36,300 shares from $8 11/16 to $8 13/16. I would still like to know what ALA plans to do with those 1,451,574 shares that acquired when they purchased DSC communications?

I'm not going to try to figure out the origin of the selling. However, you might try calling AFCI Investor Relations. Sometimes company IR knows where it's coming from.
I will just watch until it stops to go long. If the pressure appears to continue, then a bearish slant is warranted on the shares/options. Could see 6-7. I will be watching. I do NOT like to enter a long position early.
