PCCC - Look at the tail of the chart! What an uptick. TA is giving off mildly contradictory signals, but overall things look positive. Momentum is listless, stock looks to be sitting under an overhang around 16-17. Ultimate Oscillator says this stock should be going up after yesterday. Volume Accumulation is almost flatlined at zero. This stock is just changing hands, nobody's buying or selling in particular. Fast Stochastics crossed in the last few days and looks to be moving upwards. RSI dove a few days ago and appears to be slowly rising. OBV is also moving back up.
