I was interested in your comment regarding posting probable reserves
at a 50% discount. It seems to me that some companies discount and
some don't, which I have always found confusing. You seem to have to
actually dig through the Annual Report to be sure.

I'm less than impressed with a bid at a discount to market, where the
bidder then trashes the company. Nice tactic - if he can drive the
price down he stands a better chance of having his bid accepted. I'd like to see this guy present some hard facts, such as which particular
reserves shouldn't have been booked and why not. So far all we have is a lot of rhetoric.
