Scott this is the best I can do for now as to some progress with the
PI technology and how the Nanopowder conference went as this is from
Kathy Knight:

I checked with Gil Olachea on the conference. He has been sick with laryngitis, talking too much at the
conference while he had a cold. He sent me this message in regard to the conference.

"The presentation and speech went well. I intentionally presented material on the marketability of Diamond
Particle Interconnect and the products which have influenced our
personal and professional lives. The left brained intellectual information was left to those who chose to
approach me and inquire. The response was great (per Tom VanderStel) and a number of attendees gave
their business cards to discuss things from becoming a potential vendor to writing an article for their
magazine."

For your further information: Thomas Vander Stel: Chief Financial Officer. Formerly CFO and VP of TVX, Inc.
(a high tech manufacturer of security systems) for 10 years. Managed IPO and concurrent acquistion of a UK
company. Prior to that he was the General Manager and Controller for Grand Summit Hotel in Summit, NJ, a
national historic landmark. During his tenure he claims to have generated increased sales from $8 to $11
million and increased operating profit by 12%.

Education: BA in Business Administration (Accounting), Hope College, Holland MI. Also London School of
Economics.

Scott, Perhaps you are not up on the the E-mail lists generated by A'La Defrancesco but for many months he has been making claims against the PIC patents and his hyperbole IMO has ran off anyone that might be interested in Intercell, who holds 78% ownership in Nanopierce.
I thought news of the injunction would be welcomed by INCE investors as a good sign that a partnership could possibly be forged with a manufacturer, once the DeFrancesco fiasco was behind us.
To construe this as hype, is reaching a long way, since I am a long term holder of INCE stock and was just attempting to inform the investors, many of whom are in the same boat as I am.
