Appreciate your quick reply, Robert. As I said in Message 6440352 below, I found the instructions a bit confusing. Perhaps a bit more clarification on your web page would save a few support calls. (Also, the person I spoke with apparently had the wrong info.)

Regards,

Dave

I am glad that the service is available but unfortunately I got message after downloading financial institution (Datek) information. The error read as follows "An unexpected error has occurred. Contact Quicken Technical Support. OL-207."

Do you know what is the error OL-207 referring to?
Thank you.

Robert:

Datek bought in close to 20,000 shares to cover my TTF short, without notification, at the high of the day and after the market closed.

After having it work one day, I'm getting the same OL-207 message as Stephan. Happened once around noon, and once just now.

Robert, I love the new Quicken offering. I would just like to know how to get it to work. Spent time with customer support this morning and they were not able to tell me where I had made any errors.
