Jean Claude, c'est une possibilitee, but have you considered where the price might be if they do not announce a "material" contract" by the end of the year? For whatever it is worth, in the 8-k, the definition of a "material order" is quite "loose", the only requirement I could find is that an OEM tested the batteries and in writing certified that the battery are in essence "qualified", the OEM can order a lousy 1000 batteries, and the materiality may be satisfied. Of course, I may have missed a more detailed specification of "material order. I was reading on the computer screen and screening rapidly through almost a hundred pages. If anyone is so inclined, it would be interesting to find out what is the definition of "material". Zeev

Regarding these COMDEX rumors didn't someone say they'd called the FRB and was told L.D. was gonna be there this week? Hmmmmm....I'll have to give 'em a call tomorrow and see what they have to say about that. As for whether they'd be there or not....well.....if'n things are as far along as we hope, then despite whatever contracts may, or may not, be under consideration and given they've got a product of clear value to the portable user community(which is something of a theme this year) t'would be awful silly to miss out on THE high-tech propeller head group hug show of the year. After all, if anyone can appreciate the uses of a lighter, better battery THAT group could, eh? This isn't to say it'd be an unmitigated disaster if they didn't show, but when you've got it to roll out....roll the sucker out!! Heh! Oh...one other thing....how far out in advance does a company have to be to reserve a slot at the show? John~
