I had a similar thing happen with my Waterhouse account. I was daytrading a stock and put a sell order in to sell. The price was falling so I put 3 different sell orders in. I canceled the other to but I did not confirm the cancilation. Well after it was all said and done I lost thousands. I did not check my account for 4 days and when I did I found out that they Shorted the stock with my other to sell orders. The stock went up over $4 a share. I lost everything. They told me it was my fault because it was my responcibility to check my account. What the hell do I pay commisions for? techstocks.com Lamar
