Sorry for delaying in getting back to you... been away in in the City and Poconos... Had a great meeting with Bob M., Andrew Steiner, Mike Welsh (new CFO) on Friday. Lots of talk about what's coming up... once MSH finishes the AGE acquisition, in December, lots of pent up news. I chastised (to put it politely) Bob and Andrew about the lack of regular news on MSH activity that isn't related to the AGE acquisition. They seem so focused on getting it done that they have forgotten that they could have "paid" less for AGE if they had a $1.50 stock instead of a $.50 (hmmm) stock. Actually, since the acquisition is loan not equity driven, maybe it doesn't impact... But we'll have to see the terms to know the whole story. Anyhow, for us longs, its all conversation as my take is that the number of things they are moving on will bring long term relief. But... well, my sense remains that if this company interests you, now is the time to accumulate .. as I believe the bigger investors in the company are doing. They know that there are nearly 20 releases stacked up waiting for the "big" one to be announced and then they will promote the hell out of all the stuff actually happening. By now you're asking, so what's going on? 55% of Micronauts, with a toy deal out of Europe... Vanpires (39 episodes total) back on air in the fall, with toys, etc., ready by then for co-promotion. Other production deals. Some music info (not discussed much). Valles & Son option renewed by Sony but no production/airing expected in the near term. Anyhow, felt very good about the company's long term prospects. Christmas should be a little gift if news will get us anywhere. Look, still a fan, and when I can, buying MSH. PS. Mike, the new CFO, is formerly with a big six accounting firm, and seems to understand his role in being the translator between the entertainment and financial world. Adds a lot to the team. Will be on board officially when the AGE deal is done, and the two companies are "merged". I've probably left out stuff, so ask questions and I'll comment (remember, it's only me.. just my opinyon}. Good Investing.
