Gregg: Obviously you read a lot of Cabi's research notes on Qualcomm and the wireless equipment industry. The thing I find interesting is his complete lack of comment on the 3g debate. His notes have never even broached the subject of IPR. I do not have access to all Street research, but I do for a few firms. The IPR debate is conspicuously absent. It would seem that this would be an important issue for the wireless equipment industry going forward. Why the silence? Best regards, mmeggs
