No, it does not answer why you think someone should go to jail over the stock going from the low single digits to over 30 and back down. If people are buying first and researching second; then I do not see why someone should go to jail. As far as the public knows, there was no fraud in the press release.

Perhaps you are just using "go to jail" in a monopoly game fashion (as in do not pass go) <G>

Whoa! Straight up AND straight down in only two days! There must be more to the story than meets the eye. Anyone who follows the industry knows enough about ADSL not to make a mistake like that, the announcement clearly said ADSL, although the news report sort of made it sound like a new modem. But why not research first? I suspect someone was hyping it.
