If any of the other 4 or 5 of you really own this stock I don't think it counts as being a stockholder unless you actually bought it on the open market, but if you got it through one of the various "private placements" we will call you a stockholder if it makes you feel better. Stock received as payment for services, which is being dumped as fast as possible will not qualify anyone to call themselves a stockholder. We will have to have an SI basher court hearing to decide if any stock received directly from the company at a price of less than 5 cents per share qualifies anyone to call themselves a stockholder. zonkie.....
