What is the objective in delaying? Whose "interest" is he allegedly looking out for? > All good questions. Unfortunately, you won't find any good answers. <This thing is unfathomable.> Agreed. Although this inaction has helped me understand why WS is so reluctant to invest in a Singapore company, especially in less than ideal economic times. What little bit the Singapore government can do to help their own companies is being treated with near contempt by those in power. FF

Whoah... I'm not defending the Finance Minister Surely, his portfolio involves policy making and he ought to know better in terms of timing the package. Like Savoirman, I believe it's gonna be relatively soon. The next date for a Parliament session is 23/24 Nov. So maybe he'll just announce it then. I for one wish it had been done ages ago. But hey, the share price slide is giving more opportunity for the believers to build a position right ? Silver linings.
