<<The balloon that is Ericy's campaign of misinformation is about to be punctured. A major foreign carrier is likely to back away from W-cdma............Ericy misrepresented it had its IPR act together and could implement W-cdma without Qualcomm's IPR but the carrier now realizes that Ericy's representations were "mistaken" (to be charitable)>>

I find this whole Ericy - Qcom chess game to be a conundrum. There are frequent and numerous reports about Ericy's soon to be unveiling as a fraudulent oz and their subsequent crash to earth as their wcdma wax wings melt in the sun, followed by Qcom's victory dance and final procession to receive their hard won and just rewards; yet the stock price of Ericy moves upward on strength. I'm always feeling like I'm missing something here. Owning the Q has proven perplexing and never boring, if nothing else!
