I agree completely. The information transfer age will be where the money is to be made over the next decade, just as the PC was the last. Qwest looks to be there with good technology, good contacts, and locking up a lot of business. I think they will do super. It is important to note that they are not just depending upon this fiber optic network. They are a long distance telecommunications company already. So they have the best of both worlds. It all boils down to management now and how aggressive they are at keeping things locked up and innovating with the best technology in routing and switches as it becomes availible so as to keep the contracts they have and bring in new ones. If they succeed, we are going to have a very good next 5 years.

Lastest issue of Forbes thinks Anshultz, if I have his name correct, is going to sell Qwest.
