re: ENVY,

Regardless of the much anticipated earnings restatement, which we all knew was going to happen, I think on important statement you guys are missing is:

<<The Company also announced that the selling shareholders who initiated the filing of the registration statement for the previously announced public offering, as well as Fred C. Goad, Jr., ENVOY's chairman and co-chief executive officer, and Jim D. Kever, ENVOY's president and co-chief executive officer, have advised the Company that they do not wish to offer any shares for sale in the public offering based on the current market price of the Company's common stock. Accordingly, the Company intends to file an application for withdrawal of the registration statement with the SEC as soon as practical. >>

Methinks Fred and Jim are expecting a price decrease. To what magnitude, I don't know. I'm short at 26, and would be happy if this turkey sank tomorrow.
