From the 10-Q filed today...

On November 13, 1998, the Company received notices of conversion from the
holder of the Preferred Stock for a total of 2,000 shares of Preferred Stock
convertible into approximately 1,400,000 shares of Common Stock.

These shares should hit the market immediately.

Regards.
Rajiv

Hi Louis, thread;

I liken INFO's CompanySleuth to the microwave oven but not because it's one hot potato.

Like a struggling defense industry company, INFO has masterminded (or stumbled onto...it doesn't really matter) a broad-based, commercially viable product, part 1. Breaking away from the inherent constraints of their education services model roots will breathe new life into INFO.

In nine months they may well have over a million eyeballs visiting their site on a monthly basis, advertising revenue streams they never dreamed possible, and quite possibly a fee-based subscription service for a beefed up version of the Sleuth. I, for one, would pay up...and this comes from someone who knows where to go to get this stuff for free, but normally can't find the time...and who has never, ever paid for any internet service.

I'm aware of all the negative clouds overhead, but I see a new day dawning in Wayne.
