LJ<Of course, I could be wrong and Amazon will rule the world.>
Amzn won't rule the world. Aol/Bert won't let it.
In a few years, you can trust me on that.
Ps
Do you think that anyone here gives a shit about stock prices next week? Never mind next year!
This has become the era of the day trader. The odd's are becoming better in Las Vegas. Even America's darling, Dell isn't bullet proof anymore.

<Am I the only person confused by Amazon's 'mall' approach to internet shopping? >

The Mall approach is certainly what I'm looking for as I do my online holiday shopping. Individual websites are fine if one knows exactly what one wants to buy. But when one is gift-giving, one frequently doesn't know exactly what to buy initially. In that case, the Mall approach makes "browsing" more convenient.

Am still surprised at the half-baked attempts at online malls this season. I'm sure next year will much better in this respect.
