About Insider Buying:

I seem to remember seeing something in the last day or two
about how insider buying isn't always what it seems. Apparently,
companies can make loans to company executives who then
turn around and buy shares with these loans. Very interesting, I thought.

Of course, I don't have any reason to believe that this is
happening with IFMX (and hope it isn't), but I realize now that insider buying may sometimes not be what it seems.

[Not that it is worth all that much, but my feeling is
is that insider buying is for real with our beloved Informix,
but this is just a feeling based on the fact that the stock does seem in better shape than it has been for a long time and it is cheap so why shouldn't Stonebraker buy some on his own account. But what do I know?]
