Kevin, you would have to have been client of one of the brokers that help bring TGLO public ie Bear S, or Volpe Whelan Brown or an institutional buyer from one of these firms. on top of that you would have to have perhaps been a select client with X $$$ in your account. However Etrade has participated in some IPO's and you can apply for "pre-market shares" from them after submitting the proper information forms. I'm sure there are "other ways" but, these are the few I know....
