On the other hand, the same can be viewed as:

Rate cut: The FED thinks that the economy is still vulnerable to a slowdown/recession

No rate cut: Market has already priced a rate cut and will sell off 5-10% on no rate cut.

Of course i am hoping for your viewpoint to be the correct one.

PAL --- if there is a rate cut I do not expect much as IMO it is already partially figured in the mkt. If not all that figured in plus some will leave in a hurry. AG needs to prewarn immediately after about the possibility of another to refrain from building mkt price. DELL will close 66 with or 59+ wo rate cut would be my guess. For Wed close the chart people would have to step up...
