FMK: Why do you refuse to answer my question? Why do you ascribe a sinister (I am short) motive to my question? I am simply trying to weigh the positives and negatives about this company. If VLNC has been producing samples for OEM testing from Line 1 since May, I would certainly like to know this. Such information would have an impact on my investment decision. Do you think it is not a reasonable question to ask, given that the CEO said on August 17 that they had yet to run Line 1 as a unit? As far as the trend of the stock goes, you are on much firmer ground here. Apparently the market has not seen the red flags from the conference call that I saw. I am perfectly willing to acknowledge that I may be wrong and I may have overreacted to what I heard during the last conference call. Right now, the market is making a pretty good argument that I was wrong. But I would still like to know how it is Valence was producing samples for OEM testing from Line 1 in May when the line was still not working as of August, and the CEO still would not acknowledge this claim as of mid-November. And one more question. When I raised the question about why Lev refused to acknowledge whether Line 1 was producing batteries for OEM testing, the common opinion of this thread was that this was material information that could not be discussed during a CC. The argument being that such material information must be disclosed to the entire market via a PR. Yet now you are suggesting you have this material knowledge that Lev refused to disclose during the CC. Would you mind explaining how you came about such material information that can only be disclosed via a PR?
