The questions are if and when. We have heard before that the change of guard would take place after the agreement was finalized. If I were the major, I wouldn't stick one dime into this project until the corporate structure of this company changed. And I mean a complete overhaul. Bad management can KILL the best of projects. The VSE rots with these kind of guys and unfortunately many of the brokerage houses on Howe street follow suit. Not all, but some. I wouldn't buy here either, I would just wait and see what happens. Let's face it, we are all in. And if this project is as good as we think it is, a few pennies here and there at these levels will not make a difference in the overall longterm valuation of the stock. By then, hopefully, all you guys can finally stop talking about Portugal and actually get on a plane. I hope I get a post card. truth
