Keith R. Fellowes and Mark T. Bennett stepped down. Mr. Ramzy El Adl, President of the Company, joined the Company's Board. Mr. Kenneth J. Fellowes continues as Chairman and Mr. Raymond C. M. Friend and Mr. Peter Marrone continue as Directors. The foregoing is part of a broader reorganization of the Board being considered by the Company that will involve further supplementing the Board with additional independent directors who are recognized industry participants in the Canadian market.
