That's excellently succinct, and I'd never seen it before.

Speaking of succinct, most people know that the two c's are pronounced as: the first one hard, the second soft, so that you get suk sinct.

But hardly anyone seems to know that the c's in flaccid are also pronounced as a hard c followed by a soft one.

So the word is pronounced flak sid.
