I don't think Clinton has the guts to start a real skirmish with Sodamn. He will posture and talk but that is all he has done and will do. A few missiles errant or not into Sudan is not real action. Sodamn has been poked fun of by our propaganda machine but he is no dummy. He has the measure of Bill. After he sent his agent Monica over here to cause trouble he has been laughing ever since. National Guard Bill is scared of war. So should any prudent man be. But you have to know when you have to and you have to know when you can win. And then you have to do it. What we are asking of the evil Iraquis we could ask of no other nation. Certainly the rules are different for the Muslims than they are for us. I wonder if we asked of them no more than we are allowed, where we would be. But can we let them have all that rope? I hesitate to say seeming only fair is wise. EC<:-}
