No, no. You don't get it. This is bad. It's bad because . . . well, because ... well, because Iomega is BAD, don't you see?

If Iomega did it, it must be bad, stupid or crazy.

Here's an example. Castlewood's Orb drive won't be shipping until 1999, even though they originally said it would be shipping in Q1 1998. That's because Castlewood really cares about their customers and they want to make it perfect. The Castlewood CEO says it will outsell everything, which proves Iomega is doomed.

Iomega's VAPORUB! drive won't be out until late Q4 or early Q1, even though they said it would ship in the second half of 1998. That's because Iomega's shifty management wants to hype the stock so they can sell it to newbie suckers. Never mind that management has actually been buying. That's just part of the scam!

Why don't all you Iomaniacs listen to me, the Standardbearer of The Truth?

Signed,

E. "Rocket Science" Reidarelli

Cameron, All -

Speaking of delays, I get the impression, from the lack of any news on the subject, that Sony's HiFD drive is not shipping yet.

Anybody have any other word on that?
