I've been watching wgnr periodically for some time now and i am at a loss when I see a buck and a half share price. For the last three years revenues have grown at a decent rate, debt is consistently dropping, they are picking up bigger and better contracts, .23 a share for fiscal 98, cash on hand is rising in a consistent fashion.
Come on, someone tell me why I see this buck and a half thing. What am I missing? They seem to be a fairly consistent grower, not just a flash in the pan. Maybe it's the low 2% institutional ownership or only 400 shareholders that tells me wgnr needs a pr firm. 6.5 p/e? is this right?
