Unlike you I haven't received a notice about a HEPH buyin. Did receive a PM from someone I had never heard of before warning me that HEPH was a bad short, that DHEA was not Inactivin. I am really suspicious of the source. I would hate to bought out right now. Like you I am going to close my Datek account.

I closed my HEPH position recently for a slight loss. I was afraid of a buy-in. Seems any NS stock at Datek is being forced. I don't trust Datek with anything that is NS. I'm still holding TERA and DTLN, both are slapped w/those tags. DTLN finally looks like it is breaking down, and my buyin is due this Thursday. Great.
