Thanx andrew.

Freeedgar.com updates my e-mail about new filings with the SEC. Last night Freeedgar's servers were down. What's the reason or strategy for WAVX's deferred filing? Also, I've been lurking over at RB. The reports from our friends at COMDEX are very encouraging.

Your friend,
Marty

Andrew:

Thank you for the very specific references to the excellent RB posts on the results of the meeting at COMDEX. Thanks also to the posters on RB who zoomed home and made their observations available to everyone.

It appears that the result of the face-to-face meetings and opportunities to see and hear Steven Sprague and his associates in action, both at the Annual Meeting and at COMDEX, has been to further enhance the understanding that these guys know what they are doing and are on the path toward success.

IMHO that the once our OEM partners start shipping, the results will be quite gratifying. Until then we will have to be patient and learn to enjoy the unique opportunity to have a front row seat to watch something develop that may ultimately have world-wide impact.

I hope the results of the meetings will be to have many more people understand that the company knows what it's doing and to be understanding of their need to follow their well-planned strategy. I only regret that other business demands kept me from getting to both of these events.

Best to all.

Steve
