I'm not ignoring 3G, I just think nobody really knows enough about the situation to make genuinely informed decisions. We've heard the opposite spins repeated several times. We just have to wait and see. Meanwhile, we are learning more about the management and manufacturing competence of the key telecom companies. These issues will probably matter more in the long run than the licensing fee decisions. The real money in 3G is in the manufacturing.

BTW, I'm not in Nokia for keeps. They can probably take their market cap from the current 50 billion to 150 billion in a reasonable time... less than five years. Then it's time to move on. Possibly to Qualcomm, which might be ready for management shakeout and streamlining by then.
