Well, where is the response Mr. Zwebner, these are material facts taken from your own filings to the LSE small cap which is public information, and I would like a response not a threat. When did you receive the discharge on your bankruptcy's and when did you officially resign from DCTC. Easy questions for you, they should flow off the top of your head. Also, what is the statute for you to be a business owner in the UK after filing bankruptcy? Come on now, you can take the time to read the post here, lets talk about it now shall we. You can answer these questions easily and without hesitation.

Mr. Zwebner, its been a whole 24 hours plus now. I would like a direct answer to the statements I made in my last post to you. I get my information from your own documents and no help by anyone. If you recall I confronted you about this matter a while back and you skirted the issue. You never answered those questions then. So why are you not answering these questions?

1. Is the bankruptcy discharged?
2. And have you ever disclosed it to the shareholders of either company you have been involved in? Especially to the LGCY shareholders since you are now on that companies board of directors?

A direct answer would be nice thanks.

Ok, Michael Zwebner, I have to travel for the next few days, so I will give you enough time to figure out how to answer questions generated by your own filing statements that every shareholder has a right to know about. Since you are hesitant to answer questions of FACTS, I can understand that. But it does not mean that I will except the silence.
You filed bankruptcy in 1990 and never disclosed it to anyone. Is there a reason for that? You never filed it in any reports and now you are in charge of another company and the shareholders of LGCY have every right to know about you financial situations. I own LGCY and didn't know about your financial condition until afterwards? I hope other shareholders do enough research and due diligence to discover this for themselves.
NOW, Mr. Zwebener, have you had your Bankruptcy discharged, and when? And when did you finalize your official departure from DCTC? And why is it that when you and all of your parties control LGCY you haven't filed an 8K, that is a subsequent/significant change to the operations of the company, where is that filing as well? Foot notes in a 10Q does not cover this. Can you explain that to us as well?
